An Italian carved fruitwood centre table.With superb later variegated marble top.
This piece is free standing, carved on all 4 sides.
Carved from solid fruitwood, not applied.
Still shows traces of original paint but polished to a lovely warm cherry colour.
Circa 1780
With slight surface scratches to the marble.
